We are delighted that you have chosen to enroll your child in our E-Learning Classes. This enrollment contract outlines the terms and conditions of your child’s participation in our program. Terms & Conditions:

Enrollment Confirmation:

By signing this contract, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the terms and conditions of our E-Learning program. You agree to comply with all policies and procedures outlined in this contract, as well as any additional guidelines provided by our school/program.

Enrollment Duration:

This contract is effective for the duration of the academic year (start and end dates specified). It may be renewed or modified upon mutual agreement between the parent/guardian and the school/program.

Tuition and Fees:

You agree to pay the tuition and any associated fees in accordance with the payment schedule provided by our school/program. Tuition and fees are due by the specified due dates. Failure to make timely payments may result in your child’s suspension from the program.

Withdrawal Policy:

Should you wish to withdraw your child from our E-Learning program, a written notice of withdrawal must be provided to our school/program seven days prior to the intended date of withdrawal. Tuition and fees are non-refundable for the academic term once the program has commenced.

Attendance and Participation:

You agree to ensure that your child attends scheduled online classes regularly and actively participates in the program. Regular attendance is essential for your child’s educational progress. In cases of prolonged absences, please inform the school/program in advance.

Technology and Equipment:

You are responsible for ensuring that your child has access to the necessary technology and equipment required for online learning. This includes a computer or tablet with internet connectivity, appropriate software, and any materials or textbooks specified by the school/program.

Code of Conduct:

You acknowledge and agree that your child will adhere to a code of conduct while participating in our E-Learning program. This code of conduct promotes respectful and responsible behavior during online classes and interactions with educators and peers.

Assessment and Progress Reporting:

The school/program will regularly assess your child’s progress and provide progress reports to keep you informed about their academic development. You agree to review and discuss these reports with your child.

Support and Communication:

You agree to maintain open lines of communication with the school/program, including responding to emails, participating in parent-teacher conferences, and actively engaging in your child’s education.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality:

You acknowledge that all materials, content, and intellectual property provided by the school/program remain the property of the school/program and are for educational purposes only. You agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce any materials without prior written consent.

Termination of Enrollment:

The school/program reserves the right to terminate your child’s enrollment if they fail to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this contract or if their behavior disrupts the learning environment. The school/program may also terminate enrollment due to non-payment of tuition and fees.

By signing below, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this enrollment contract. You acknowledge that you are enrolling your child in our E-Learning program willingly and with full understanding of the expectations and responsibilities outlined in this contract.
